Flourish Training is a practical, three-step journey that helps you develop the habits, character, and confidence to follow Jesus every day and live out your Kingdom calling. Each track builds on the last, moving you from foundational apprenticeship to deeper formation and outward mission.
TRACK ONE Common Calling

Sept. 15–Nov. 11
This is your entry point. It is the universal invitation for every believer to order their life around Jesus by learning the essential habits of hearing God, sacred rest, emotional health, and biblical community. Here, you transform from a spectator into an active apprentice.

Starting Spring 2027
As your life becomes increasingly aligned with the Kingdom of God, you’ll learn to recognize His voice, shepherd others well, and live with intentional influence wherever you are. Along the way, you will grow in six measures of flourishing as a Heart Awakener, Word Dweller, Spirit Listener, Spiritual Companion, Calling Shepherd, and Everyday Daymaker—equipped to bring the Kingdom into everyday life.

This track notes the essential nature of your divine design. You have a superpower that makes you uniquely qualified to bring value to the world. Discover your “Sweet Spot”—the exact intersection of your passion, your abilities, and your context. It is essential for designing your vocation so that the 100,000 hours you spend at work become your primary platform for kingdom impact.
